| A guest house in Kandy Sri Lanka was planned very intentionally way back in 1975. However I had no opportunity to start off as I had to retire from the Sri Lanka Navy first. I am Tillek, a retired officer of the Sri Lanka Navy. I joined the navy as a cadet, when I was about 19 plus years. My service in the Sri Lanka Navy was about twenty three and a half years. I am a Marine Engineer. My naval service was a healthy span of 42 years, in the Sri Lanka Navy, The Colombo Dockyard Ltd. and The Royal Navy of Oman. I am married to Chitra. We have four children, who are very much adults now. We have three grand children. We live in Kandy.My wife and I welcome Paying Guests at our home which is located in a picturesque land very close to the town of Kandy. |
