	The Guest house is located in Kandy about 1.5 Km.from the Railway Station. With a beautiful panoramic view, it is calm and peaceful at the Spica and you will certainly feel at home.
	We have seven spacious rooms. Five rooms are double rooms of which two are air-conditioned. One double room has separate entrance on the ground floor One quad room is an air-conditioned room. The other quad room is not air-conditioned. The rooms with A/C can be reserved and used without A/C also. All the rooms are ceramic tiled and have ensuite toilets and have hot/cold water facilities.
	My wife and I, form the team that will ensure your comfort while you are at the Spica. Eastern and Western meals are available.
	Airport pick-up can be arranged as well as long distance trips. Don't forget to get a good camera and accessories, telescopes and binoculars to record your tours and view the flora, the birds and fauna on your tours.
