The Guest house or homestay is located in Kandy about 1.5 Km. from the Railway Station. With a beautiful panoramic view, it is calm and peaceful at the Spica and you will feel certainly at home and more in this epitome of peace and tranquility.
We have clean spacious rooms all en suite, with solar heated hot/cold water. When you live with us during your stay in Kandy you are literally at home fully relaxed and secure. The Spica is not a five star hotel or such a guest house though we can say that it is at an "A- Grade" level. We are only two of us, Chitra, my wife and me. We are always willing to assist you or share with you, our knowledge and experience if you ever need us.
Wi-Fi is installed at the Spica for your convenience to use your own computers at leisure.
